Piling Work Service

Piling Work Service

Piling Work Service in Jaipur — Expert Pile Foundation Construction for Every Project

A structure is only as strong as its foundation. When surface soils cannot carry the structural load, pile foundations are the solution. BE GEO INFRA provides professional piling work services across India, executing pile foundations for bridges, flyovers, commercial and residential buildings, industrial facilities, highways, railways, and energy sector projects.

With 25+ years of experience, an ISO 9001:2015 certification, and a skilled team of piling engineers and operators, we deliver pile foundations that are safe, durable, and cost-effective. We handle projects from feasibility to completion, including pile design consultation, execution, quality testing, and documentation.

Types of Piling Work We Undertake

Bored Cast-In-Situ Piles (Rotary Bored Piling)

The most common pile type for major structures. A borehole is drilled using rotary or percussion equipment; the borehole is stabilised using bentonite slurry or temporary casing; reinforcement cage is placed; and concrete is poured using a tremie pipe. Suitable for a wide range of soil conditions and pile diameters from 300 mm to 2500 mm. Depths up to 60 m.

Driven Piles (Precast Concrete and Steel)

Precast concrete or steel piles are driven into the ground using a hydraulic or diesel hammer. Suitable for soft to medium soil conditions. Driven piles offer high quality control as the pile element is manufactured under factory conditions.

Micro Piles (Mini Piles)

Small-diameter piles (typically 100–300 mm) installed using compact drilling equipment. Ideal for: underpinning existing foundations, restricted access sites, high load capacity per unit cost when grout injection is used.

Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) Piles

Installed using a continuous auger that removes soil as the pile is advanced. Concrete is pumped through the hollow auger stem as it is withdrawn. Fast, quiet, and vibration-free — ideal for urban construction sites.

Secant and Contiguous Pile Walls

Interlocking or closely spaced piles used as retaining structures for deep excavations, basements, and waterfront structures. Secant piles interlock for watertight construction; contiguous piles are closely spaced for retention without full watertightness.

Projects We Execute Piling Works For

  • Bridges and flyovers (NHAI, state PWD, railways)

  • Multi-storey residential and commercial buildings

  • Industrial buildings, warehouses, and factories

  • Thermal power plants and solar power projects

  • High-tension electricity transmission towers

  • Railway station buildings and platforms

  • Refineries and petrochemical plants

Our Piling Construction Process

Step 1 — Pre-Construction Planning

We review the geotechnical investigation report, structural loads, and foundation design. Our team prepares a method statement, equipment mobilisation plan, and quality control plan specific to your project.

Step 2 — Mobilisation and Setting Out

Piling rigs and support equipment are mobilised to the site. Pile positions are set out to the required tolerances and surveyed by a qualified surveyor.

Step 3 — Pile Installation

Piles are installed using the specified method. For bored piles, we monitor borehole depth, diameter, verticality, and concrete volume at every stage. For driven piles, final set and driving records are maintained for every pile.

Step 4 — Quality Control and Testing

Every pile is documented with a pile installation record. Quality tests include concrete cube testing, slump measurement, pile integrity testing (PIT), and load testing as required.

Step 5 — As-Built Documentation

We provide complete as-built pile records including pile logs, concrete test results, integrity test results, and load test reports.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. How long does pile foundation work take?

Installation rate depends on pile type, diameter, depth, and site conditions. For bored piles, a typical production rate is 3–8 piles per day per rig. A 50-pile project can typically be completed in 2–4 weeks.

  1. What quality records do you maintain during piling?

We maintain a complete pile installation record for every pile, including start/finish times, depth achieved, casing details, concrete volume, slump test results, and any anomalies. These records form part of the project quality documentation.

  1. Can BE GEO INFRA handle piling in difficult soil conditions?

Yes. Our experienced team has executed piles in loose sand, soft clay, rock, and mixed ground conditions. We adapt our methods and equipment to suit the specific ground conditions at each site.

  1. Do you also design pile foundations?

We provide consultation on foundation type selection and can review structural pile designs. We work in coordination with your structural engineer and geotechnical consultant to ensure the design suits site conditions.
